This is great and Vegan!
CRE8 Cocktail by Camille Hopper-Naud
BB is for Beet & Basil. Loosely-inspired by a traditional Amaretto Fizz, but swapped out the egg white for a vegan foamer product (Mrs. Betters Bitters Miraculous Foamer).
Ingredients:
- 2 oz of Beet & Basil Cre8 Vodka Infusion
- 0.75 oz of Lemon juice
- Vegan foamer (Mrs Better’s Miraculous Foamer)
- Soda water
Method:
Garnish with fresh basil leaf
Shake all ingredients, but the soda water. Strain into your favourite cocktail class, top with soda water, and garnish!
