A drink to get you going in the morning...
CRE8 Cocktail by Jess Morton
This cocktail features marmalade, eggs, and pepper. All you’re missing is toast.
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz of Spice and Citrus CRE8 Infusion
- 0.5 oz of Cointreau
- 1oz of lemon juice
- 2 barspoons of Korean Citron Marmalade
- 1 Egg white
- Rocks glass
- King cube
- Cracked black pepper on top
Method:
Throw all ingredients into a shaker tin. Shake without ice for 10 seconds. Shake again with ice for 15 seconds. Pour into a rocks glass with a big ice cube. Garnish with freshly cracked black pepper. This is inspired by the Breakfast Martini cocktail recipe.What’s Next?
