This one uses one of my favourite ingredients, milk.
CRE8ion by Keegan McGregor
I know, I know, it seems weird, but using milk in spirits dates back to 17th Century England when people would make Milk Punches. This recipe is more so inspired by the Portugese version, Milk Liqueur. Just think of cream liquors if you want to try this out. It has the body and creaminess of dairy, but none of the taste. The milk actually acts as a preservative for it all, and it comes out crystal clear in the end.
This stuff is real cool, it taste so similar to a White Russian. Use it like you would Baileys or Kahlua in cocktails. Goes fantastic in coffee, espresso martini, white russians, egg white cocktails, egg nog, with tonic water, or just sipped on its own.
If I were to redo this, I would infuse the 90% Cre8 Vodka with the coffee and cacao nibs first for 24 hours, then strain it and dilute to 40%, then continue on with every other step. By doing this, you would just get more coffee and cacao flavours.
I’ve had a Milk Punch or Milk Liqueur cocktail on my menu at work for the past 3 years, and it’s always a hit. This would be perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients:
- Diluted Cre8 Vodka to 40%
- 750ml Milk
- 750g White Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Whole Coffee Beans
- 1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Whole Orange
- 1/2 Whole Lemon
Method:
Step 1: Diluted Cre8 Vodka to 40%
Step 2: In a large container, add all the ingredients listed above. Be sure to mix in the sugar. Add more coffee beans if you want more flavour.
Step 3: Let it sit for 10 days in a cool dark place in your house. Shake it daily
Step 4: After the 10 days, strain it thru a coffee filter (it’ll go slow, don’t rush it)
Step 5: Enjoy!
